Digital Nepal Framework aims to provide digital services to all citizens and improve overall government efficiency through the use of technology. Some of the key initiatives under the framework include the development of a National Data Centre, the establishment of a National Broadband Policy, the expansion of e-governance services, and the promotion of digital literacy and skills development.

Additionally, the framework also focuses on improving access to digital services in rural and remote areas and promoting the use of the Nepali language in digital communication.
