Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic individual to fill the position of “ERP Implementation Trainee” in
our office. This role involves actively participating in the implementation of ERP systems,
gaining hands-on experience, and contributing to the seamless integration of these systems
within our organization.
The position holder should display excellent organizational skills, effective time management
abilities, strong organization’s ethical values, the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced
environment, and should exhibit remarkable work management skills and an adaptive nature to
ensure organizational compliance.
The position holder will be responsible for all the web-related tasks and should contribute to
making the company a better place to work. The goal will be to provide excellent assistance and
support to the supervisor.
The position reports directly to the supervisor.
ERP Implementation Trainees Roles & Responsibilities:
●Testing of ERP functionalities, coordination with the development team and inter-departments, resolving queries and troubleshooting, gathering requirements, achieve
implementation milestones.
●Providing information about new software releases and upgrades to ensure
departments are using the latest version.
●Helping users understand how to use the software effectively by providing training
materials and onsite support services
●Creating reports that monitor key business metrics and provide insight into areas
where improvement is needed.
●Communicating with departments to answer questions about software features,
configurations, and new changes.
●Experience in finance module, project management module, procurement module, HR
and Payroll of any standard ERP software.
●Proven track record of successful training and implementation of ERP software.
●Domain knowledge of IT management processes.
Job Requirement
ERP Implementation Trainee Required Skills:
●Strong understanding of ERP concepts, modules, and implementation
methodologies.
●Proven experience in systems administration.
●Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve
complex technical issues.
●Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse
teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders at
various levels.
●Proficient with Microsoft tools.
●Attention to detail.
